This is how you do a glute bridge.
1. Lie flat on the ground with knees bent.
2. Ensure scapular is flat to the ground, by retracting and depressing the scapular (shoulders packed)
3. Engage the core.
4. Lift your hips off the floor and maximize hip extension without overarching the bac. At the top, ensure knee is at 90-degree angle. From the side view, the shoulders, hips and knees are in one line.
5. Squeeze the glutes at 50% effort and hold at the top for 5 seconds.
6. Lower down and repeat Primary muscles: Gluteus Maximus (improve neural drive)
