Simran Latif, BAppSc (Human Movement), ACE CPT, ISSN SNS, Rehab Trainer, is a fitness educator and practitioner with over 20 years of experience in health promotion, personal training, bootcamp coaching, fitness management, and large-scale event operations. He began his career in Australia, spending three years in health promotion conducting employee health screenings across South Australia, while also working as a university gym trainer and academic tutor at the University of South Australia. Returning to Malaysia, Simran joined Fitness First, where he progressed from Fitness Manager, mentoring trainers, to National Fitness Training Coordinator, overseeing onboarding and development nationwide. He later spearheaded outdoor bootcamp communities, designing programs and mentoring coaches in group-based training. Through FEA and at FITM, Simran has facilitated thousands of hours of adult learning in exercise physiology, coaching, and behavior change, and co-created the ACE-Approved Bootcamp Instructor Course. He also led operations for the Viper Challenge, Asia’s largest obstacle event series, attracting over 400,000 participants. With both international and local experience, Simran is recognized for bringing real-world industry insight into the classroom, making learning practical and engaging.
