Fitness practitioners are expected to demonstrate the skills of exercise coaching which includes: • Introducing exercise name and purpose • Demonstrating exercise based on the principles of stability-mobility • Explain set-up position and execution of exercises • Able to observe, evaluate and correct exercise technique • Able to suggest exercise modifications • Progress and regress exercise • Effectively coach a beginner client to perform exercises • Writing and leading a general exercise session
